I enjoy learning whether it is a new language or studies about a new geographic location for a trip to Italy. Finding out about each new resort, ship, or excursion. I like to not only plan and book my groups but I like to lead groups to provide additional special amenities and events during their trip.

I am an Accredited Cruise Counselor, and I continue to complete supplier programs such as NCL-PHD, Princess Commodore, Disney College of Knowledge, Universal Expert, AMResort master agent, AMA Waterways, Sandals, and RIU specialist.
